What are some frequently asked questions about illuminated clothing?
What's your refund/return policy?
We do not do refunds/returns unless the item comes damaged or not as described. If the item comes not as described email or DM us at illuminatedclothing06 to get it replaced.
What sizes does our clothing come in?
Most of our pieces are sizes small to extra large but we do have pieces that go up to double extra large.
How do I know what size to order?
When you click on an item all items have size charts. Anything that says oversized fits about one size up and everything else is true to size. We recommend sizing down if you are a woman due to our items being unisex.
How long are our drops available?
Most of our drops will be available for about a month before we take them down and get ready for the next release.
Where do we ship to?
We ship across all states currently.
How long does it take for me order to arrive?
Smaller orders normally arrive in about a week. Some orders may take closer to two to three weeks to arrive.
